Tovi Foods is a global food start-up business that is launching in Sri Lanka and we need to hire four (4) extraordinarily talented, performance focused Area Sales Managers. We are a digital, ecommerce business with a real-world sales team.

This role is extremely specific in that we simply want to hire the best Area Sales Managers in Sri Lanka. Gender and age are totally irrelevant…. Our Area Sales Mangers will be polished, experienced and speak both English and Sinhalese. You should have extensive FMCG (food/retail/wholesale) experience in a sales and account management capacity, be used to earning well over LKR 100,000 per month and be driven to succeed.
You will own a specific geographic sales territory and will be solely responsible to sell our healthy and environmentally friendly cooking oil to retailers (supermarkets, vegetable shops, etc) and food service clients (restaurants, hotels, etc.) as well offering your clients the opportunity to install one of Tovi’s Refill & Recycle stations where consumers can refill their own empty bottles. You will report directly to the Australian CEO directly, who has a successful career of leading high-performance sales team across the world. Your role is to visit potential clients to sell our range of cooking oil and to regularly visit our existing accounts to ensure they are happy and to increase their sales.
These roles have uncapped earning potential!
Our commission model rewards performance fairly to ensure our team members could earn 200,000 – 400,000+ per month!
